不銹鋼的化學成分 提示信息
不銹鋼成分中的主要合金元素是鐵(Fe)和鉻(Cr),只有當Cr的百分比成分達到一定值時,鋼才具有耐蝕性。因此,不銹鋼金屬的鉻含量通常最低為 10.5_。不銹鋼中還含有C、P、S、Ni、Si、Mn、Mo、Ti、N、Cu等元素組成。不銹鋼的耐腐蝕性能隨著碳含量的增加而降低。因此,大多數不銹鋼的碳含量很低,最高C百分比含量不超過1.2_
化學性質
化學成分可以反映不銹鋼的化學性能。鉻、鎳和鉬的百分比越高,不銹鋼的耐腐蝕性能越好;碳含量越高,不銹鋼的耐腐蝕性就越差。
