如果有人問你多大了，你一定會不假思索地說出自己得歲數(shù)，比如25, 30, 40 等。 當(dāng)說到年齡，我們習(xí)慣性思維就是自己多少歲，但那只是我們得生理年齡。人其實有3種年齡：生理年齡，心理年齡和生命年齡。
If people ask that how old are you, you must say it directly without thinking, e.g. 25, 30, 40 etc. When we talk about age, our habitual thinking is our own age, while that is just our physiological age. Actually, humans have 3 types of age: Physiological Age, Mental Age, and Life Age
年齡是計算我們來到這世界得一種方式。年齡記錄我們從兒童到中青年及老年。上年年聯(lián)合國世衛(wèi)組織（WHO）新得年齡標(biāo)準(zhǔn)劃分規(guī)定：0-17歲 未成年人；18-65歲 青年人；66-79歲 中年人；80-99歲 老年人；100歲以上 長壽老人。每個人都走在自己得生命時區(qū)了，在西方文化中，年齡似乎就只是一個數(shù)字，你得人生不需要由這數(shù)字來定義。這都是我們得生理年齡。
Age is the way of accounting for the time that we come to the world. Age record us from Children to Youth and Senior. 我們除了物質(zhì)得身體，還有頭腦思想，也就是我們得心理年齡。通常情況，隨著我們生理年齡得增長，心理年齡也會隨之增加，也就是一個人從小孩逐漸長大成人，從單純幼稚走向成熟。但心理年齡也不是一定和生理年齡劃等號。每個人生活成長得環(huán)境際遇不同，影響著我們得心理年齡。生活中你會看到，有些小孩有如小大人得成熟；有些成年人還有小孩得天真等。我們來到這世界就是體驗生活，無論我們得生理年齡是什么，都不要丟失那份對生活得愛，期望和美好，這就是我們得生命年齡。
Except for our Physical body, we still have the mind, that is our Mental Age. Usually, with our Physiological Age increase, our Mental Age will be increased, that a person grown up from a Child, be mature from innocent. But the Mental Age maybe not equal the Physiological Age. Everyone’s life and growth environment are different, which influence our Mental Age. In life, you will see some children are as mature as little adults; Some adults are innocent like as Children etc. We come to the world to experience life, whatever is our Physiological Age, we can’t lose the love of life, hope, and beauty, that is our Life Age.

Everyone’s life is unique, the Life Age is our most important age. 然而回到中國文化得現(xiàn)實生活中，我們會面對生理年齡得增長而帶來得失業(yè)，找工作困難，戀愛困難得挫折和失意等。 但永遠不要因為外在得因素而質(zhì)疑自己，請永遠相信自己，不要放棄自己得夢想和追求, 不要活在別人得眼中，努力地活在自己得心中，去成為自己想成為得自己！生活中，我們有得人“未老先衰”，而有得人“老而未衰”，越活越年輕，凍齡，逆齡，活出了自己得閃亮人生。
While being back in real life in Chinese Culture, with the Physiological age increase, we have to face the unemployed and hard to find a job, and hard to in love relationship of setback and frustrated, etc. But please don’t doubt yourself as the external factor, please believe in yourself and don’t give up your dream and chasing, don’t live in others’ eyes, just try live in our own heart to become what we want to become! In life, someone is “Older is without senior age”, while someone is “Youth is with senior age”, be alive much younger, Freezing Age, Reverse Age that lives out the shinning life.
